Terms of Service

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key you create. Keep your keys secret and revoke any you think are exposed.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Archi4D.

You own the briefs you write and the plans, renders, and exports you generate. You may use them commercially, including in client presentations, marketing material, and planning submissions, subject to the limits below.

We claim no ownership over your project data, and we do not use it to train models.

One plan generation is one credit and returns four options. A full-quality render is one credit. Failed generations and renders are refunded automatically.

Unused credits roll over, capped at a year's allowance. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund part-used periods.

Archi4D produces schematic design output. Its code checks are a design-stage indication, not a certifier's assessment, and passing them is not evidence of compliance with any building code.

Do not rely on Archi4D's output for construction without review by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for anything you build.

Do not use Archi4D to infringe someone else's rights, to generate material you have no right to, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does.

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and third-party generation providers can fail independently of us.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account before they take effect.
