Generative architecture, measured
A parti is the diagram a building is organised around — the one move everything else follows from. Getting it right early is worth more than any amount of polish later, and getting it right means seeing the alternatives.
Why we built it
The first week of a project has always gone on drawing options you already suspect are wrong, because the only way to compare schemes was to draft each one. That cost meant most projects tested three ideas when they should have tested twelve — and the client saw one sketch instead of four real plans.
Measured, not moodboarded
Plenty of tools will generate a picture of a floor plan. Very few generate a floor plan. Archi4D works from room geometry: walls are derived, doors are placed so every room is reachable, areas are arithmetic, and the checks read the same data the drawing does. If the schedule says 101.8 m², that is what the rooms add up to.
Where it stops
Archi4D covers schematic design and hands over cleanly. It is not documentation software, it does not replace a certifier, and its code checks are a design-stage sanity check rather than an assessment. Everything it makes exports to DWG, IFC, and PDF so the next person in the process is not stuck.
