Privacy Policy

Account data: your name, email address, and optionally your practice and role. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.

Project data: the briefs you write, the plans and versions you generate, materials you assign, renders you produce, and comments left on shared projects.

Billing data: a Stripe customer id and your subscription status. Card numbers never reach our servers.

Technical data: session records including IP address and browser user agent, so you can see and revoke your own sessions.

To run the product: generate plans, keep your version history, apply your credit balance, and send the emails you asked for.

To keep accounts secure: session records let you spot and end a session you do not recognise.

To bill you correctly, where you are on a paid plan.

Google (Gemini) receives generation prompts, which include your brief and room dimensions, in order to produce plans and renders. Stripe receives billing information. Resend sends transactional email on our behalf. Our hosting and database providers store the data described above.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share project data with anyone outside those processors.

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings → Security removes your projects, versions, renders, and share links immediately. Billing records are retained where tax law requires it.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of it is directly editable in Settings; for anything else, email us and we will action it.

We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a short-lived signed cache of your session to avoid a database read on every page. We do not set advertising cookies.
